Oil Cooler
The XS650 has a tendency to run on
the hot side, and the addition of an oil cooler seems like a sensible modification.

Adding a second front
disk
Additional breaking power
on the imported XS models can easily be achieved by adding a second disk
and calliper.
Note: the alloy sliding
type callipers require a larger master cylinder (easy to source) however
for the older cast iron type a larger master cylinder is very hard to find.
